Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Go TravelWorks, operated by Cascadia TravelWorks LLC, and any related booking links, referral platforms, or services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Cascadia TravelWorks

Cascadia TravelWorks (“CTW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Oregon Benefit Company that operates Go TravelWorks as a curated travel marketplace and referral platform. CTW connects travelers with independent travel advisors and third-party travel providers through curated links, referral relationships, and booking access.

CTW may provide access to third-party booking technology platforms to facilitate travel referrals and bookings. CTW does not operate as a host agency and does not act as the Seller of Travel except where expressly disclosed.

In limited cases, optional advisor-assisted travel planning or booking services may be offered by independent travel advisors affiliated with Nexion Travel Group, LLC, acting in their capacity as a travel agency.

2. Role of Cascadia TravelWorks

Cascadia TravelWorks operates as a travel marketplace and referral platform and does not act as the merchant of record for travel bookings unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Travel bookings may be completed:

• Directly with third-party travel suppliers,
• Through third-party booking technology platforms accessed via the Site, or
• Through independent travel advisors affiliated with Nexion Travel Group, LLC, acting as a travel agency.

Each booking is subject to the applicable supplier’s or travel advisor’s terms and conditions.

3. Seller of Travel Disclosure

Travel agency services, where offered, are provided by independent travel advisors affiliated with Nexion Travel Group, LLC, a registered Seller of Travel. Seller of Travel registrations apply where required and are held by the applicable travel agency or host.

Cascadia TravelWorks itself does not hold Seller of Travel registrations.

4. Third-Party Suppliers and Liability

All travel products and services offered through the Site are provided by independent third-party suppliers or travel advisors. Cascadia TravelWorks does not guarantee pricing, availability, or service quality and is not responsible for cancellations, changes, delays, refunds, or supplier performance.

Any disputes related to a booking must be resolved directly with the applicable travel supplier or, where relevant, the independent travel advisor acting as a travel agency.

5. Affiliate Relationships

Cascadia TravelWorks may earn commissions or referral fees when users book travel through partner links or platforms. These commissions do not increase the price you pay. We do not guarantee that every booking will be tracked or that commissions will be earned on every transaction.

Affiliate relationships do not influence pricing, availability, or booking terms offered by travel suppliers.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, travel content, pricing, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Cascadia TravelWorks makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of information provided on the Site.

7. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with Site functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or misleading activity. Cascadia TravelWorks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Cascadia TravelWorks or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascadia TravelWorks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on third-party travel providers, or booking errors, cancellations, delays, or service failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cascadia TravelWorks from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Benefit Company Statement

Cascadia TravelWorks operates as an Oregon Benefit Company and conducts its business in alignment with its stated mission and values. Use of the Site or completion of a booking does not create any entitlement to specific outcomes, benefits, allocations, contributions, or uses of funds.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cascadia TravelWorks may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
